Certain features of the Service require account registration via Google OAuth. By authenticating through Google, you authorize Goal90 to receive and store basic account information, including but not limited to:

• your name;
• email address;
• profile image (if available).
  
  

You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials;
• all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• immediately notifying Goal90 of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
  
  

Goal90 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or use another person's account without their express permission.

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you explicitly authorize the Service to:

• create, update, modify, or delete football match-related calendar events;
• synchronize match schedules and reminders at your request;
• access calendar metadata necessary to provide the requested functionality.
  
  

Calendar access is entirely optional and may be revoked at any time through your Google account settings. Goal90 commits to accessing only calendar data directly related to the Service's functionality and does not access, read, modify, or store unrelated calendar content.

Our use of Google Calendar API complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Goal90 provides: live football scores, match statistics, team and player analytics, scheduling and reminder functionality, and related informational services. The Service is provided for informational, entertainment, and analytical purposes only.

No Betting or Gambling. Goal90 does not provide betting odds, gambling services, wagering advice, or any form of gambling-related content. The Service is not intended to facilitate, promote, or enable gambling activities of any kind. Any use of information from the Service for gambling purposes is strictly at your own risk and discretion.

No Professional Advice. The information provided through the Service does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. You should not rely solely on the Service for making any decisions.

6.1 Free Plan

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with access to premium features. No payment information is required to start the free trial. Upon expiration of the free trial, access to premium features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

6.2 Pro Subscription

After the free trial period, continued access to certain premium features requires a Pro subscription. The Pro subscription is priced at $2 USD per month and is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Goal90 or its designated payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Goal90 reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@goal90score.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to premium features, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated.

However, if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@goal90score.com.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or analytics logic;
• interfere with infrastructure, APIs, or security mechanisms;
• use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

Goal90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

All software, code, design, user interface elements, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and proprietary analytics logic contained in the Service are owned by Goal90 or licensed to Goal90 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Goal90 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license does not include any right to:

• resell or make any commercial use of the Service;
• modify or create derivative works based on the Service;
• download or copy account information for the benefit of another party;
• use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The Service displays football-related data, statistics, images, logos, and other content supplied by third-party providers, including but not limited to SportMonks API (v3). All match data, team information, player statistics, logos, images, and related content are the intellectual property of their respective owners and licensors.

Goal90:

• does not claim ownership of any third-party data or visual assets;
• displays such content solely for informational and analytical purposes under applicable licenses;
• does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or real-time availability of third-party data;
• is not responsible for any errors or omissions in third-party content.
  
  

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, storing, redistributing, scraping, or commercially exploiting any third-party data, images, or content without prior written authorization from the respective rights holders.

The Service relies on and may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to: Google OAuth, Google Calendar API, and football data providers such as SportMonks. These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Goal90 is not responsible for:

• the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party services;
• any interruptions, delays, or changes to third-party services;
• the accuracy or completeness of data provided by third parties;
• any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.

Goal90 may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) Goal90 is required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental authority; (c) providing the Service to you becomes commercially impracticable or technically infeasible; (d) Goal90 determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the Service, Goal90, other users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and, if applicable, canceling your subscription. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service will immediately cease; (b) Goal90 may delete your account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy; (c) all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall goal90, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• damages resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the service;
• damages resulting from the conduct of any third party on the service;
• damages resulting from any content or data obtained through the service; regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if goal90 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  
  

In any case, goal90's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of:

• the amounts you have paid to goal90 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
• ten dollars ($10 usd) if you have not made any payments.
  
  

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goal90, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• your misuse of the Service or circumvention of security features.

This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Goal90 reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably in the defense of such claims.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), conducted in English.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Goal90 at hello@goal90score.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days before pursuing formal remedies.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Goal90 agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement. The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider, conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver. You and goal90 agree that any claims will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in or be a member of any class, collective, or representative action against Goal90.

Goal90 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to users via email (if provided) or through prominent notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, posting the updated Terms on the Service with an updated "Last updated" date shall constitute sufficient notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goal90 regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Goal90's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Goal90's prior written consent. Goal90 may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

19.5 Force Majeure

Goal90 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.

19.6 Notices

Goal90 may provide notices to you by posting updates on the Service, sending emails to the address associated with your account, or through other reasonable means. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Notices from you to Goal90 should be sent to hello@goal90score.com.

19.7 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Goal90. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf.
